Marketing and Artificial Intelligence: The future is now

AI has been a big disruptor in the Marketing industry for the last couple of years, starting from chat bots to big data softwares and algorithms Artificial Intelligence has played a big role in marketing how we know it today. In today's world every time we don't use an AI powered solution for our business we are losing to our competitors.
One of the biggest benefits of Artificial Intelligence is that it allows marketers to create data-driven marketing i.e, highly personalised customer experiences that will cost way less than the traditional marketing approaches. With AI interaction with the customers does not finish at this one buying a product but every interaction a customer has with a product or service will be used for analysing and optimisation for future interactions.
AI & ALGORITHMS
With all the solutions offered now a days by AI marketers can know exactly how their customers are feeling and what they are thinking in real time or close to, when they come in contact with their products or services; With the existence of algorithms in automatic data analysis in social media, marketers can shift their strategies and modify their approaches in order to generate a more genuine and personalised experience.
We have seen the utilisation of this specific AI advantage in applications like Netflix, who offers suggestions based os shows or movies previously watched; Another clear example of this is Spotify, who offers its users automated music lists by the application based on the user's musical taste and the music that its listen to day by day, following this example, at the end of 2019 we could see how Spotify used Big Data of its users not only from the last year but dated from the beginning of its subscription to the platform, together with Artificial Intelligence to provide a compilation of the albums, the most listened to songs and even providing hard data of what the users have heard during the last 10 years.
It is safe to say that Artificial Intelligence has disrupted the marketing industry and has helped it have a more personalised and precise approach. With marketing having a shift towards people instead of sales in the last couple of years this one has been using AI, like chat bots for years and years but the modern uses are more aimed to offer a full personal experience to the user in order to provide target solutions and products to generate not only more income but mostly engagement and loyalty.
